At SSL Auto, all of our advertised bike prices include the following as standard (unless otherwise stated):
A full safety and fault check
A multi-point Pre-Delivery Inspection by our in-house workshop
A service (if due)
A long MOT or a brand-new one
We aim to ensure every bike we sell is road-ready and safe to ride.
Trade Price Purchases
If a bike is purchased at a reduced price from the advertised figure, it is sold as seen, without undergoing the checks or servicing listed above. These bikes are considered trade disposals, sold strictly for spares or repair, and not covered under our retail preparation standards. (See terms below.)
Used Bike Condition
All our bikes are used vehicles, accurately described and presented, with condition reflective of their age, mileage, and previous use. We do not sell new motorcycles or fully restore older bikes.
Warranty Coverage
Unless covered by an existing manufacturer warranty, SSL Auto provides our own in-house warranty on qualifying bikes and cars – terms apply.
We also offer extended warranty policies, available to purchase online from a variety of providers. These come with different levels of cover, allowing you to choose a plan that suits your needs and usage.
Sold as Seen
Vehicles listed as PX to Clear, Projects, Trade Disposals, or Classics are sold strictly as seen for spares or repair - think of them as a “box of bits.” These vehicles have not been safety checked or repaired, and we strongly advise you to thoroughly inspect and repair them before use.
